Your role and key responsibilities
|
This position is part of our Human Resources Department, which brings together teams from People & People Services, Talent, Organization, Compensation & Benefits, Culture, and Learning & Development. Together, they support every business area and help shape a workplace where people can grow, belong, and thrive. In this team, you’ll help build a culture that’s not just creating batteries — but shaping the future of work.
In your day-to-day, you will:
- Conduct research and analysis on labor-related topics, providing legal opinions and recommendations based on applicable laws and jurisprudence.
- Provide legal guidance on interpreting and enforcing terms within labor contracts.
- Actively participate in negotiations with unions and workers' representatives, collaborating with the labor relations team to integrate legal considerations.
- Assist in Collective Bargaining Agreement negotiations, offering guidance and support.
- Provide legal assistance in disciplinary actions, terminations, and other employment-related matters.
- Prepare reports and documentation on labor-related topics to aid in decision-making.

What you bring to the team
|
- Vocational Training or a Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations, Law or a related field, preferably with a focus or specialization in Human Resources.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in Labor Relations, Law and Human Resources, ideally in a strategic or business‑partnering capacity.
- Proven knowledge of Spanish Law and Labor Relations in Spain.
- Strong Communication and Adaptability abilities
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken. Experience working in international environments is a strong asset.
- Willingness to work in Sagunto. Please note that while some positions are currently based in Valencia, our operations will progressively move to Sagunto, so we require availability to work there from the start.
