Your role and key responsibilities

This position is part of our Human Resources Department, which brings together teams from People & People Services, Talent, Organization, Compensation & Benefits, Culture, and Learning & Development. Together, they support every business area and help shape a workplace where people can grow, belong, and thrive. In this team, you’ll help build a culture that’s not just creating batteries — but shaping the future of work.
As the Labour Relations and Employment Law Expert at PowerCo, you will support and enhance the company's labor relations framework and employment law compliance. Your role is crucial in researching, analyzing, and providing legal opinions on labor-related matters, participating in negotiations, and offering legal guidance on various employment issues, ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
