How you will CELLebrate
|
As a Strateguc HR Project and Process Expert of the Director of People Strategy, Governance & Organisation at PowerCo Spain you will play a pivotal role in coordinating strategic and operational matters within the Compensation & Benefits, Organizational Development, Labor relations & HR Compliance and HR Digital teams. You will play a key role in the planning, build-up, ramp-up and execution of the technical HR projects and processes. You will be responsible for assisting in decision-making processes, conveying instructions from the Director of People Strategy Governance & Organisation.
- Provide strategic support to the Director of People Strategy, Governance & Organisation by conducting analysis, gathering data, and offering insights that aid in decision-making acting as an executive advisor.
- Assist the executive in prioritizing tasks, projects, and goals. This involves understanding the organization's strategic priorities and ensuring that resources are allocated appropriately.
- Assiting in project and process structuring and deadline focus.
- Preparing high impact and level presentations to support the steering of the projects of the areas within HO (Compensation& Benefits, Organizational Development, Data Analytics, Labor relations & HR Compliance).
- Convey instructions and information from the Director of People Strategy. Governance & Organisation to the first line and relevant departments, ensuring clarity and adherence.
- Collaborate with the HO Team in the development and execution of the organization's strategic plan. This involves aligning short-term and long-term goals and ensuring that initiatives are in line with the overall vision. Play a crucial role in monitoring progress, identifying potential issues, facilitating resolution, corrective measures and recommendation for enhanced teamwork.
- Act as responsible for organizing and executing the People Strategy, Governance & Organization meetings and other Committees
- Prepare statistics, reports, performance metrics, benchmarks and other synthesized information formats for the Director of People Strategy, Governance & Organisation decision-making.
- Prepare KPI targets and status report for People Strategy, Governance & organisation area.- -Support in resource planning

What you need for our CELLebration
|
- Proficiency in Digital tools PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerBI.
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors or workday is a plus.
- Excellent English and Spanish level.
- Experience in Project management and data analytics-oriented.
- Technical knowledge in Compensation & Benefits, Organizational Development or Data Analytics.
- 3-5 Years in Project Management, Compensation & Benefits, Data analytics,
- Educational background required for the position: Bachelor business administration, Economics, Engineering, Law.
- Experience in automotive environment
