1. Online application 

You can use our online application system to display any vacant positions that are currently advertised, to create an application profile and to apply for positions with this profile. 

1.1 Registration 

In order to apply via our online application system, it is necessary for you to register within our job portal and create a personal applicant profile. Within this profile, you have the option of changing or adding to your personal data and documents at any time, configuring our Job Agent according to your needs and keeping yourself informed about the current status of your applications. You can also delete your applicant profile here at any time. Without registering/creating a profile, you can view our job advertisements, save searches and print and share them.

To register, we need information about your title, first name, surname, country of residence and e-mail address. You must also set a password (see point 1.3).

When registering, you must also read and accept our application conditions and take note of our privacy policy.

You can delete your external profile at any time or ask us to do so. In this case, (1) the existing user contract with PowerCo SE for the use of the online application system will end, (2) all active applications will be withdrawn, and (3) your applicant account will be permanently deleted.

1.2 Your responsibility as a user 

You may only use the online application system for the purposes stated under "1. Online application". In particular, you may not use the system or parts of it to carry out activities that violate applicable law, such as uploading content that infringes copyrights or the rights of other persons, or content that is relevant under criminal law.

Furthermore, you undertake to refrain from,

• Impersonate another person;
• intentionally transmit false information to us;

In the event of a deliberate/conscious violation, we reserve the right to exclude you from further use of the system and, if we deem it necessary, to take legal action.

1.3 Password 

You undertake to choose a strong and secure password. You must keep the password secret to prevent misuse. As soon as you have reason to believe that unauthorized third parties have gained knowledge of your password, you must change it immediately. This obligation does not apply to the extent that you are not responsible for the third-party use.

1.4 Application as a minor 

If you are still a minor (under 18 years old), you must attach a declaration of consent from your parent or legal guardian to your application. 

2. Rights of use

By uploading and submitting your documents for the online application in the online application system, you grant us a non-exclusive, free and worldwide right of use for the duration of the application process (including any further storage in the Talent Pool). This right of use includes the right to use, reproduce, transfer, edit and translate the documents uploaded by you for the provision of the online application service.

In addition, you grant the same right of use to a third party to whom the submitted material is passed on in accordance with these terms and conditions of the online application for the further application process regarding the respective job advertisement, provided that you have consented to this. This third party may use the material in the same way to review your application and carry out the application process.

Please note that by submitting your documents, you confirm that you have all necessary rights to the submitted material and that the use of the material by us or the third party does not infringe any rights of third parties. You indemnify us against all claims by third parties that are asserted due to an infringement of their rights through the use of the material by us or the third party.

2. Disclaimer 

PowerCo SE shall not be liable for damages caused by you choosing an unsuitable password for your application profile or for failure on your part to keep your password safe. PowerCo SE shall also not be liable for damages caused by third parties to whom you have granted access to your application profile. The above exclusion of liability does not apply if PowerCo SE is responsible for the damage intentionally or through gross negligence.
