The mission has started. We proudly announce that we are starting the ramp up of our own cell manufacturing in Valencia. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations.
How you will CELLebrate
As an Process Engineer Expert at PowerCo Spain, you will:
- Coordination and steer the DOEs for process parameter adjustments and equipment improvements
- Implement new technologies and methodologies to enhance production efficiency and product quality
- Analyze production data and optimize process parameters to enhance efficiency and quality
- Understand the machinery in order to support equipment planning department identifying opportunities for cost reduction, waste minimization, productivity enhancement and implementing these improvements with the release of new processes of the equipment
- Collaborate with R&D to coordinate production line process parameters
- Coordinate and monitor of control plans and cooperate and support the P-FMEA, ensuring documentation is up-to-date
- Support the series planning with tracking and reporting daily technical processes issues, including FAT, SAT, and ramp-up phases
What you need for our CELLebration
- A degree in engineering
- More than 3 years experience in battery sector
- Strong cross function team player
- Strong problem solving skill/results-oriented
- Good reporting skill

- A high level of self motivation and good communication skills
- Confident handling of MS Office applications
- Willingness to work in a team and to learn new things
