About the Role

You will develop and implement methodologies for accurate headcount calculation. Collaborate with HR team and departmental leaders to gather relevant data for headcount analysis.
Utilize statistical models and forecasting techniques to project future staffing needs.
Regularly audit and validate headcount data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Design and implement optimized shift schedules to maximize productivity and employee well-being.
Optimizing existing processes and production procedures, taking into account organizational, technological and work safety considerations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transition and adoption of the shift systems.
Conduct process assessments to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies related to headcount and shift management.
Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects to streamline processes.
Implement Lean methodology and Six Sigma principles to drive efficiency gains.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement through knowledge sharing and skill development.
Standardizing work processes, efficiently using resources in order to reduce production costs
Optimizing existing processes and production procedures, taking into account organizational, technological and work safety considerations
Preparation of the corresponding technical documentation
Participating in the creation of Lean trainings
Developing new concepts in the area of IE/PS in connection with new digital methods in cooperation with PowerCo headquarter
Workplace evaluation according to MTM and EAWS (ergonomics)



 

  
 
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in headcount calculation, workforce planning, and shift system optimization.
  • Strong analytical and statistical skills with proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software.
  • High Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
  
 
What you bring to the Team
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
  • High Proficiency Level in English and Spanish
  • Experience in the field of production start-ups 
  • Ability to analyze production technologies and processes
  • Knowledge of Production Systems, preferably with experience as a Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) trainer or moderator.
  • Knowledge of the conception, planning and organization of industrial work processes
  • Know-how of performance assessments, time recording techniques, production cost analysis
  • Knowledge of relevant KPI and quality standards in production
  • Knowledge of MTM and EAWS (ergonomics)
