Your role and key responsibilities
|
This position is part of our Human Resources Department, which brings together teams from People & People Services, Talent, Organization, Compensation & Benefits, Culture, and Learning & Development. Together, they support every business area and help shape a workplace where people can grow, belong, and thrive.
In this team, you’ll help build a culture that’s not just creating batteries — but shaping the future of work.
In your day-to-day, you will:
- Lead the rollout and implementation of HR IT systems, with a strong focus on SuccessFactors, supporting the digital transformation of HR functions in PowerCo Spain.
- Analyze HR business requirements and support system configuration, including the creation of test cases to ensure SuccessFactors solutions meet organizational needs.
- Coordinate with implementation partners, internal project teams, and HR stakeholders to ensure successful system deployment and alignment across workstreams.
- Act as the main point of contact for HR IT system-related topics, providing business process support, expert consultation, end-user training, and adoption guidance.
- Support and contribute to different HR IT modules and workstreams, such as Time Management, Compensation, Internal Communication, and Recruiting, while continuously adapting to evolving project requirements.

What you bring to the team
|
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HR digitalization, with a strong focus on HR IT systems and hands-on experience in SuccessFactors HR modules.
- Proven knowledge of HR business processes, SuccessFactors configuration, testing, rollout activities, and end-user adoption.
- Strong analytical, project management, stakeholder management, and communication abilities.
- Willingness to work in Sagunto. Please note that while some positions are currently based in Valencia, our operations will progressively move to Sagunto, so we require availability to work there from the start.

What makes you stand out
|
- Experience working with SuccessFactors modules such as Time Management, Payroll, or other HR IT solutions.
- Knowledge of HR IT rollout projects, system testing, configuration, change management, and end-user training processes.
- Experience collaborating with implementation partners, internal project teams, and HR stakeholders in international or multicultural environments.
- Possession of a disability certificate of 33% or more is valued.
