How you will CELLebrate
We are seeking a skilled Facility / Equipment layout engineer to oversee the design, and optimization of building systems and infrastructure. You will leverage their expertise in engineering and Building Information Modeling (BIM) to ensure efficient operations, regulatory compliance, and sustainable practices. You as position holder will be have a strong focus to build up an interface between equipment models and BIM of the entire battery cell production factory.
Main tasks & Responsibilities:
- Integration of the equipment layouts into the BIM using the necessary CAD tools such as HLS, Revit, Naviworks etc.
- Clash Detection & Resolution between the different layers in the 2D/3D layouts/models
- Maintain up-to-date CAD files, technical drawings, and other related documentation within the company’s document management system
- Create EIRs and Third-Party Coordination & Collaboration
- Follow and optimize internal documentation process for layouts and general documents
- Reporting of project progress to the team, management and dedicated committees
- Continuous Improvement & Process Optimization of layout design
- Setup and coordinate regular meetings to follow up the design status
- On the assigned process participate in technical meetings, design reviews and machine development activities with machine suppliers regarding layout topics to ensure the standards and on scheduling requirement.
- Collaborate with project management, facility and BSI planning, industrial engineering, Ramp-Up, HSE, logistic, Quality, HR, Finance (investment, taxes, etc.), Purchasing and Product Management and align common areas
What you need for our CELLebration
- More than 5 years experience in automotive industry and/or battery sector
- Bachelor's or MSc degree in engineering
- Strong cross function team player
- Strong problem solving skill/results-oriented
- Good reporting skill

- A high level of self motivation and good communication skills
- Confident handling of MS Office applications
- Willingness to work in a team and to learn new things
