How you will CELLebrate
|
Your goal will be to ensure the availability, reliability, and safe operation of shopfloor production equipment by performing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance tasks. Contribute to production continuity, quality compliance, and maintenance performance while operating within Spanish legal, environmental, and occupational safety regulations.

What you need for our CELLebration
|
Key Responsibility Areas 1. Equipment Maintenance Operations (Mantenimiento de equipos de producción) • Perform scheduled preventive and predictive maintenance on automated production machinery. • Conduct corrective repairs and alignments based on failure diagnostics. • Follow OEM specifications and internal technical standards. • Ensure lubrication, calibration, and component adjustments are properly executed. 2. Technical Troubleshooting & Fault Resolution (Diagnóstico y resolución de fallos) • Diagnose issues involving motors, sensors, actuators, drives, HMI, and PLCs (e.g. Siemens). • Use electrical schematics, diagnostic tools, and measurement equipment. • Collaborate with engineering for root cause analysis and continuous improvement. • Escalate unresolved problems following shift reporting protocols. 3. Documentation & CMMS (GMAO – Gestión de Mantenimiento Asistida por Ordenador) • Record all maintenance activities, time, and material usage in SAP PM or equivalent. • Ensure traceability and data quality for audits and standard compliance (trazabilidad técnica). • Contribute to the refinement of preventive maintenance plans and task procedures. 4. Spare Parts & Materials Management (Gestión de materiales y almacén técnico) • Handle parts according to inventory and labeling procedures. • Return unused items and report material consumption properly. • Inform warehouse personnel of deviations or missing critical stock. 5. Operational & Shift Support (Soporte a la producción y turnos) • Assist production with machine restarts, changeovers, and start-up readiness. • Support Autonomous Maintenance (AM) in collaboration with production operators. • Communicate openly with shift colleagues and participate in daily alignment meetings. 6. Safety, Legal & Environmental Compliance (Prevención de Riesgos Laborales y normativa ambiental) • Comply with Ley 31/1995 de PRL, REBT, and PowerCo safety policies. • Apply Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), arc-flash, confined space, and PPE protocols (EPI). • Participate in emergency drills (simulacros), inspections, and risk assessments. • Immediately report unsafe behaviors, incidents, and near misses (casi accidentes). 7. Continuous Improvement & Quality Contribution (Mejora continua y calidad técnica) • Identify recurring issues and propose corrective measures. • Participate in TPM, 5S, and Lean Maintenance initiatives. • Contribute to compliance with IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, and ISO 9001 standards. • Support onboarding and knowledge-sharing within the maintenance team.
Profile Requirements Educational Background (Formación Académica) • Grado Medio / Grado Superior in Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or Industrial Maintenance. • Mandatory: PRL training (minimum 20h general + risk-specific modules). • Preferred: Carné de Instalador Eléctrico BT or equivalent electrical authorization. Experience • Minimum 3 years in shopfloor equipment maintenance in automated production environments. • Preferred sectors: battery, automotive, chemical, or pharmaceutical. Technical Competencies • Proficiency in handling PLCs, HMI, sensors, motors, pneumatic systems. • Capable of reading and interpreting electrical/mechanical diagrams. • Familiar with CMMS (e.g., SAP PM) and preventive maintenance methodologies. Soft Skills • High sense of responsibility and discipline. • Team communication and shift coordination. • Analytical and proactive attitude in technical tasks.

Working Conditions (Condiciones de Trabajo) • Rotating shift work (trabajo a turnos), including weekends and public holidays. • Physical demands: lifting, climbing, confined space access. • Exposure to mechanical risks, noise, and industrial safety conditions. • Full compliance with the Convenio Colectivo Estatal de la Industria Química and Estatuto de los Trabajadores.
