Construction Management Expert

The journey has commenced. We are excited to announce the launch of our innovative cell manufacturing facility in Valencia, where we will be enhancing our operations to construct cutting-edge infrastructure. Our dedicated construction team will manage a wide array of responsibilities critical to the successful implementation of these projects.

We are seeking a Construction Management Expert who will play a crucial role in proposing, developing, presenting and coordinating execution concepts and projects for the specialist departments, including operating their realisation as well as controlling and ensuring the defined measures; evaluating, developing and ensuring the application of new technologies, external and internal regulations (e.g. quality targets) and, if necessary, coordinating employees in technical terms as well as independently performing other tasks that permanently exceed the requirements of this pay level in terms of quality and value.

  
 
How you will CELLebrate
  • Management of suppliers and external site service providers to ensure deadlines, quality and cost targets in all construction phases.
  • Technical leadership of sub project team.
  • Collaboration with all project participants.
  • Preparation and execution of execution meetings. 
  • Ensure integrated execution taking into account all trades.
  • Obtaining approval for relevant project decisions. 
  • Control and implementation of commissioning and acceptance procedure.
  • Development of technical standards.
  
 
What you need for our CELLebration
  • Master’s degree in Civil, Architectural, MEP, Industrial Engineering is preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in realization of industrial buildings.
  • Experiences in working with standard contracts like FIDIC.
  • Experiences collaborative methods like LEAN.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  
 
What else can you bring
  • Availability to travel abroad as part of your onboarding and training plan. 
  • Work Location - Sagunto (own car is required to access the Plot).
  • Shifts are in place for this function.
