Construction Control Expert

The mission has started. We proudly announce that we are starting the ramp up of our own cell manufacturing in Valencia. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations.

We are seeking a Expert Contruction Control who will play a crucial role in developing and coordinating solutions, including operating their realisation as well as controlling and ensuring the defined measures; ensuring the application of new technologies, external and internal regulations (e.g. quality targets) and independently performing other tasks like coordination of project management issues and preparing decision sheets for the management that permanently exceed the requirements of this pay level in terms of quality and value.

Your main Task will be:

• Development of scopes and methods for the realisation of complex construction scopes for several construction phases, trades and/or processes for factory, building and infrastructure facilities, if necessary with the development of corresponding decision templates.
• Taking over a project management task like scheduling, controlling, contract management or change management. 
• Technical coordination of external consultants and contractors.
• Leading meetings in the related task and independent creation of solutions.
• Preparing decision sheets for the management.
• Implementation, adherence to and further development of PowerCo Facility standards.
• Ensuring that deadlines are met, taking into account quality and cost compliance.

• Master’s degree in Civil, Architectural, MEP, Industrial Engineering is preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in realization of industrial buildings.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• High level of self-initiative
• Willingness to work not only within your team but with cross departamental functions
• High organizational skills
