Your role and key responsibilities
|
This position is part of the Factory Projects Department, the area responsible for coordinating and leading the key projects that shape our gigafactory. Here, multidisciplinary teams drive everything from the design and construction of new facilities to the implementation of technical and engineering solutions that enable efficient and scalable production. It’s where ideas turn into tangible projects, and where every milestone contributes to the future of PowerCo.
In your day-to-day as a Project Management Expert, you will:
- Support planning, controlling, and monitoring of project milestones.
- Coordinate cross-functional and rapid response to project activities and ensure alignment among stakeholders.
- Contribute to risk identification, mitigation planning, and project status reporting.
- Support preparation of presentations, documentation, and decision-making materials for management.
- Collaborate in continuous improvement processes, standards, and governance.

What you bring to the team
|
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field Engineering, Business, or similar.
- 2–3 years of experience in Project Management or PMO roles.
- Strong organizational, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Proven knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (Primavera, MS Project, PowerPoint, SAP, etc.).
- Willingness to work in Sagunto.

What makes you stand out
|
- Experience working in industrial, engineering, PMO, or manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of battery production processes or large-scale industrial projects.
- Possession of a disability certificate of 33% or more is valued.
