Your role and key responsibilities

This position will be part of our Operations Department, the heart of PowerCo — where innovation becomes reality. This area brings together multiple teams working on the construction of our gigafactory and the different stages of battery cell production. From engineering and design to process optimization and production excellence, Operations is where the future of energy takes shape. 

In your day-to-day, you will:

  • Perform preventive, corrective, and basic predictive maintenance on automated and electrical equipment.
  • Troubleshoot issues with machinery, robotics, sensors, or control systems, escalating when needed.
  • Support production during startups, alarms, and changeovers, ensuring safe and stable operation.
  • Record maintenance tasks in CMMS systems (SAP PM, Maximo or similar) and follow established procedures.
  • Contribute to 5S, TPM, and continuous improvement activities to keep equipment reliable and the workplace organized.
  
 
What you bring to the team
  • Vocational training (FP Medio or Superior) in industrial electricity, automation, electromechanics, or related fields.
  • 2+ years of experience in maintenance within industrial, production, automotive, chemical, or similar environments.
  • Basic knowledge of automated equipment, electrical systems, or robotics (PLCs, HMIs, sensors, drives).
  • Ability to work safely, solve problems, and collaborate with production and quality teams.
  • Basic computer and software skills (Microsoft 365, SAP/MES or similar).
  • Willingness to work in Sagunto. While some teams are currently based in Valencia, operations will progressively move to Sagunto, so we require availability from the start.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts.
  
 
What makes you stand out
  • Experience in troubleshooting automation, robotics, or electrical instrumentation.
  • Familiarity with TPM, 5S, or maintenance continuous improvement.
