The mission hast started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. As a recruiting team, we are in charge of attracting the best international talents and experts in a changing work environment and at the same time creating the best candidate experience. In this way, we are responsible for the organization and communication of the entire application process, from sourcing candidates and conducting interviews to designing and optimizing the internal and external recruiting process.

 

How you will CELLebrate

  • You will be one of the spearheads for the ramp-up of our Battery Company, as your job is to identify and recruit the best international talents, professionals and superstars for our teams.
  • As a sparring partner for the executives, you will be responsible, together with the HR Business Partners for the respective area, for the recruitment and hiring of new colleagues, especially in the field of engineering, from the approach to the handover to the onboarding team.
  • Screening applications, working with social networks such as LinkedIn and conducting telephone and video interviews are part of your daily tasks.
  • Together with the Hiring Managers, you define the profiles you are looking for and help to optimize them.
  • You will recruit candidates through target group-specific advertisements on our job board, through active sourcing and via other channels, such as external recruitment agencies.
     
 

What you need for our CELLebration

  • Completed technical/college studies with a focus on HR or comparable qualification
  • Relevant experience in an innovative recruiting / talent acquisition team with focus on engineering profiles
  • Business fluent in German and English for our international team and for conducting interviews
  • Relevant experience in direct recruiting

  • Experience in working with works councils and international work experience are an advantage
