The mission has started. We are starting our own battery cell production in our Battery Valley and ramping up our global headquarters for global cell production. This includes ESS (Energy Storage System) and non-automotive applications. The ESS organisation takes care of the upstream storage value chain. Our responsibilities include research, pre-development of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing and analyses of ESS components & storage systems.

 

How you will CELLebrate

  • Support in the conceptualisation & planning of customer service processes for the support of battery energy storage systems (BESS)
  • Independent development of a catalogue of criteria to identify suitable customer service providers (external or from the VW Group)
  • Development of a customer satisfaction system for BESS customers (differentiation of the system according to user-customer and retailer-customer)
  • Independent development of an evaluation matrix for the selection of suitable customer service providers
  • Implementation of the evaluation matrix in the creation of specifications and tenders
  • Supporting procurement to ensure the timely availability of customer service resources
  • Coordination and planning management of customer service providers 
  • Preparation and creation of decision aids and decision templates for committees
  • Support in the development and implementation of an interface function "Market or customer with PowerCo quality assurance and production"
 

What you need for our CELLebration

  • Successfully completed training as a technician/business administrator or technical degree, ideally in the field of energy systems engineering
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in technical project planning and project management desirable
  • Good knowledge of common software programmes (MS Office) and knowledge of CRM systems
  • General technical understanding of mechanical engineering
  • Experience in operational after sales and after sales business development projects, ideally in the energy systems and/or commercial vehicle automotive sector
  • High customer focus, strong experience in CRM/customer loyalty management
  • Independent, autonomous, structured, reliable and careful way of working 
  • Ability to work in a team combined with appreciative assertiveness, experience in dealing with customers and suppliers
  • Business fluent in written and spoken German and English, further foreign language skills desirable
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Good knowledge of and keen interest in the topics of renewable energy generation, energy management and energy storage
