The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. The CTO organization takes care of the battery cell development. Our responsibility includes research, predevelopment of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing and analysis of battery cells.
How you will CELLebrate
- Conception and further development of a development process for battery cells
- Execution of internal process reviews, conducting workshops on process optimization.
- Ensuring process documentation as part of the quality management system (e.g. process standards, work instructions, process map, document landscape)
- Support and development of role descriptions and profiles.
- Development and alignment of documentation templates.
- Ensuring compliance with process specifications through quality assurance during development.
- Support of the departments in external and internal audits
What you need for our CELLebration
- Completed technical/ university studies in the field of electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
- Experience in automotive development processes
- Experience with quality management systems
- Experience in project management
- Effective communication and collaboration competence
- Communication skills in German and English
What else can you bring
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of automotive development processes
- Experience with agile working methods such as Scrum/ KANBAN/ SAFe
