1 Online Application+
Start your PowerCo journey by creating an account with your email and setting a password. For Future Talents, the mandatory components of your application include your CV and a Cover Letter. However, there are additional essential documents that you need to provide, such as your Transcript of Records, Certificate of Enrollment, and diplomas. These will help strengthen your application.
You have the flexibility to return to your application and make edits at any time. Simply log in to the career portal using your account credentials. There's no need to recreate your entire application every time.
Here's a valuable tip: Tailoring your CV to the specific position you're applying for can significantly increase your chances of standing out. 2 Phone Screening+
You managed to get to the next round? Congrats! You will receive an invitation to a phone screening with one of our future talent recruiters.
The purpose of the telephone interview is to get to know you better. The recruiter will ask you some general questions about your background and your interest in PowerCo. Be yourself and enjoy the first exchange with the company. Any questions during this call are more than welcomed. If the telephone interview is positive, another interview with the department will follow. The recruiter will inform you about the further steps.
3 Technical Interview+
After a successful phone screening, you will receive an e-mail invitation to our online technical interview, exclusively with the hiring department.
The technical interview is a critical part of our selection process, designed to assess your expertise and suitability for the position you've applied for. Our goal is to gain a comprehensive understanding of your abilities and potential fit within our team.Here's a valuable tip: We recommend reviewing the job description and reflecting on your experiences before the interview to ensure you're well-prepared.
4 Contract+
If you successfully pass the technical interview, you will receive a feedback call from your recruiter with a contract offer. If you accept the offer verbally, it will be approved by our management and works council and we will send you your final contract. After you have signed it, your recruiter will forward you to the onboarding team.
