The Technical Assistant to the HR Director at PowerCo Spain plays a critical role in coordinating strategic and operational matters within the Human Resources area. This includes departments such as Talent Acquisition & Onboarding, Learning & Development, People & People Services, HR Strategy, Policies & HR Legal and Ramp-up. The function assists in decision-making processes, relays instructions from the HR Director, and ensures smooth operation of HR-related activities.

 

How you will CELLebrate

As the Technical Assistant to the HR Director at PowerCo Spain, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the HR Director in decision-making processes
  • Effectively communicating instructions and information from the HR Director to relevant HR departments, ensuring clear understanding and adherence
  • Continuous tracking of implementation of the tasks
  • Participating in the development and recruitment process for the HR department's organizational structure
  • Manage the HR Director's priorities and strategic necessities, including long-term planning
  • Acting as the liaison for HR-related committees, including preparation of reports and minute-taking
  • Coordinating HR projects and initiatives during the company's growth phase, identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies
 

What you need for our CELLebration

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
  • At least 4 years of experience in HR or a related area, with exposure to strategic planning and project coordination
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish
