The mission has started. We proudly announce that we are starting the ramp up of our own cell manufacturing in Valencia. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations. 

• Directly manage the entire security operations at PowerCo's site in Valencia from initial construction phases through to managing the running security organisation of the factory.
• Develope and Implement the PowerCo security standards and processes at the site.
• Oversee, supervise and control/audit the security service supplier.
• Oversee and supervise the handling of security incidents; collaborate with internal partners and liaise with local law enforcement to ensure swift resolutions and compliance in reporting.
• Conduct regularly audits on security processes, addressing thefts, rule violations, and other breaches in accordance with PowerCo's standards.
• Develop and execute a Valencia-centric security strategy aligned with overarching company guidelines, ensuring ongoing effectiveness and tracking success via defined KPIs.
• Oversee crisis management procedures in tandem with the local management and the Central Corporate Security team.
• Foster a positive culture of security awareness and training

• Bachelor's degree in Security Management or equivalent; alternatively, a minimum of 5 years of experience in public government security roles or police work. A Master's in International Relations or a related specialization could be considered. 

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in personnel leadership and motivating team members, methodological competence, and dealing with security incidents. Proven achievements in these areas are required.

• Skills in crisis management and fostering a security culture

• High level of Spanish and English
