How you will CELLebrate

The Recruiting Expert plays a pivotal role in building our teams with top-tier professionals, focusing on executive recruitment. This position requires a strategic partnership with hiring managers and HR business partners to seamlessly integrate new talent into our organization. Your responsabilities: 

  • Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent, including hosting virtual career fairs and networking events.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to inform strategic planning and improve recruitment processes.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with universities, professional associations, and industry groups to source candidates.
  • Advise on employer branding initiatives to enhance PowerCo's presence as an employer of choice in the market.
  • Lead mentorship and internship programs to cultivate early talent pipelines.
  • Implement and utilize advanced recruitment technologies and tools for efficient candidate screening and selection.
  • Coordinate with the legal department to ensure all recruitment practices comply with national and international employment laws.
 

What you need for our CELLebration

  • Degree in HR, Business Administration with a focus on HR, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role, preferably in an international environment.
  • Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, catering to our diverse team and talent pool.
