Quality Supplier Part Engineer Expert

Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations.

  
 
How you will CELLebrate
  • Responsible for First Part Release of Supplier Parts and Material.
  •  Quality support of the components in the development phase up to sampling and approval.
  • Planning of cross-functional preventive quality work including audits in the supplier project and implementation of the relevant approval audits at suppliers.
  • Assessment of suppliers in the award process with regard to their quality capability and production competence in coordination with the related Departments in the PowerCo Headquarter.
  • Controlling the quality requirements for the Supplier Parts and Materials and developing corrective measures to achieve the goals.
  • Analysing of non confirm supplier parts and materials, complain to the suppliers and implement the right measures.
  •  Blocking, releasing and selecting of non confirm supplier parts and materials.
  • Organizing and implementation of sorting and rework actions of supplier parts and material together with the suppliers.
  • Define Measures together with the suppliers in case of delivery of non conform products in Pre Series as well as Series.
  • Validation of incoming supplier Parts and Material.
  • Further development, coordination and decision-making of overarching quality methods and concepts for the achievement of goals in the projects and series.
  
 
What you need for our CELLebration
  • Degree in mechanical engineering or similar. Technical Skills:
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Supplier Part Management.
  • Familiarity with first part releases , VDA 6.3 and analytical quality skills like Six Sigma, Ishikawa, FMEA.
  •  Good industrial production knowledge, prefeered in Battery Cell Production, good communication and presentation skills. Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Language: Fluent in English.
  • Technical Proficiency: Very good skills in MS Office.
