As we do this, the roles and responsibilities within our Human Resources department are diverse and crucial. HR ensures the flawless planning and execution of processes encompassing the entire employee lifecycle. This allows our company to strategically harness the competencies of our employees in fulfilling our mission and vision. HR encompasses sub-disciplines such as planning, recruiting, onboarding & retention, and targeted allocation of personnel across all departments. Moreover, an integral part of our HR strategy includes the deployment of specialized Technical Trainers. These experts will play a pivotal role in fostering the necessary skills, knowledge, and competencies in our workforce, particularly in areas as pivotal as battery cell manufacturing, automation, robotics, quality management, and health and safety. By facilitating learning and professional development, our trainers ensure our team is fully equipped to excel in their roles, thereby driving our company's success in the innovative field of battery cell production.

How you will CELLebrate
|
Develop and deliver a robust quality assurance and Logistics training program in line with our organization's objectives, learning needs, and business goals.
• Adapt and integrate training content provided by our German headquarters to suit local context and specifications.
• Construct educational content and resources for theoretical and hands-on training sessions, covering topics such as quality control methods, statistical process control, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, etc.
• Facilitate engaging training sessions using various formats (e.g., classroom, webinars, workshops, available equipment) to ensure understanding and implementation of quality assurance and logistics procedures.
• Continually assess the effectiveness of the quality assurance and logistics training programs, modifying content and delivery methods as necessary to enhance learning outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Stay updated with advancements in quality assurance and logistics practices, particularly within the semiconductor and battery cell manufacturing industries, integrating relevant developments into the training curriculum.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure training materials remain current with changes in industry standards, technological advancements, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop procedures related to health, safety, and environmental standards that comply with the regulations pertinent to Quality Assurance and logistics in battery cell production.
• Maintain and manage training records in alignment with international industrial standards.
• Identify training requirements and establish specific learning paths for diverse target groups.
• Evaluation and validation of training efficiency
• Support internal and external audit process on training related matters. |

5 years in a production environment
Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Quality Management, Logistics, or a related field. |
