How you will CELLebrate

Job Purpose:
To strategically guide and elevate PowerCo's purchasing central, system & processes function, architecting transformative procurement strategies that magnify operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and competitive process in the daily business of the department

  
 
What you need for our CELLebration

Responsibilities:
• Conduct detailed analysis of procurement data and trends.
• Develop and mantain regular reports and dashboards to support management in decision-making processes.
• Setup, organize and steer local procurement committees, as well as attend to other Procurement committees in substitution of the Head of General Procurement.
• Assist in the preparation and dissemination of internal communications, including announcements, memos, and correspondence
• Locally adapting, introducing, controlling, implementing, and monitoring the appropriate implementation of centrally developed, company-wide processes and regulations for the procurement management system.
• Oversee and coordinate the purchase orders and contracts for goods and general services,  negotiated together from PowerCo SE and other Group Brands (synnergies), ensuring they are aligned with the needs and expectations of internal stakeholders.
• Further developing and optimizing the procurement processes and regulations in alignment with HQ as well as coordinating, representing, and implementing the results
• Define and implement procurement systems in alignment with HQ and in close cooperation with interface partners and monitoring of progress.

  
 
What else can you bring
  • A minimum of 5 years in an advanced System & Processes capacity, with demonstrable success in translating procurement actions into business victories.
  • A university degree in economics, industrial engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in procurement or supply chain are a plus.
