How you will CELLebrate
We seek a Production Technology Technical Trainer focusing on automation and robotics within the manufacturing industry. This role requires a deep understanding of automated manufacturing technologies and robotics in battery cell production and a vital skill set in practical technical training. You will create technical training content, define learning paths, and deliver vocational and technical training related to robotics, automation technology, pneumatics, electronics, drives, and basic electrochemistry laboratory operations.
- Design, develop and deliver technical training programs emphasizing robotics and automation technologies in battery cell manufacturing, tailored to meet organizational requirements, learning objectives, and business needs.
- Create, organize, and prepare training materials for theoretical and practical sessions, including robotics, automation technology, PLCs, sensor technology, troubleshooting, and maintenance of automated systems.
- Conduct hands-on training sessions in various formats (e.g., classroom, webinars, workshops), ensuring the effective use and maintenance of robotic and automation equipment.
- Constantly assess the effectiveness and efficiency of the training programs, incorporating feedback and monitoring results to enhance and refine course content and delivery methodologies continually.
- Stay updated with the latest robotics and automation technology advancements in the battery cell manufacturing industry and incorporate relevant developments into the training curriculum.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training materials align with industry standards, changes in technology, and regulatory compliance.
- Help to develop an understanding and promote the application of Industry 4.0 concepts within the production environment.
- Develop procedures related to health, safety, and environmental standards that comply with the regulations pertinent to robotics and automation systems in battery cell production.
- Maintain and manage training records in alignment with international industrial standards.
- Identify training requirements and establish specific learning paths for diverse target groups.
What you need for our CELLebration
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Automation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production environment ideally within the battery cell manufacturing industry, with in-depth, hands-on experience in automation technology, robotics, PLCs, sensor technology, and drives.
- Proven experience as a technical trainer, preferably focusing on automation and robotics in the manufacturing industry.
- Comprehensive understanding of automation and robotics, including automation systems troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Experience in the design and development of technical course content.
- Proficiency in modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects.
- Exceptional communication skills and comfort speaking to diverse groups.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, with German being an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CAD software for designing automation systems.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
