The mission has started. We proudly announce that we are initiating the ramp-up of our own cell manufacturing in Valencia. At this crucial juncture, the Production Steering Expert is instrumental in orchestrating the integration and optimization of our logistics operations at PowerCo Spain. Your role will center on developing and maintaining a sophisticated logistics control tower, ensuring seamless coordination and maximum efficiency across our supply chain during both ramp-up and serial production phases.

 

How you will CELLebrate

As the Production Steering Expert at PowerCo Spain, your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Collaborating on the design and setup of a Logistics Control Tower to oversee plant logistics activities.
  • Standardizing logistics processes within the control tower to ensure consistent monitoring and management of both inbound and outbound logistics.
  • Integrating the control tower with existing logistics systems such as WMS and TMS to facilitate real-time data sharing and enhance cross-departmental communication.
  • Developing and monitoring KPIs that reflect logistics performance, identifying improvement opportunities to optimize operations.
  • Conducting training sessions for logistics personnel to maximize the efficacy and utilization of the control tower system.
  • Managing logistics monitoring and issue resolution during serial production, leveraging the control tower to maintain efficiency and address deviations.
  • Performing detailed analysis of logistics data to drive continuous operational improvements.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and internal governance, maintaining high standards of logistics safety, security, and quality.
 

What you need for our CELLebration

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, with a preference for a Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in logistics, with a strong foundation in logistics systems management including WMS, TMS, and control tower platforms.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish; German proficiency is a valuable addition.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management, with a proven ability to lead logistics implementation projects effectively.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to identify and solve complex logistical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with both technical and non-technical teams.

  • Prior experience in the successful implementation and management of a logistics control tower in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of industry-specific logistics regulations and compliance requirements.
