Your role and key responsibilities

Our Operations Department is the heart of PowerCo — where innovation becomes reality. This area brings together multiple teams working on the construction of our gigafactory and the different stages of battery cell production. From engineering and design to process optimization and production excellence, Operations is where the future of energy takes shape. 

In your day-to-day, you will:

  • Prepare production documentation and release for production readiness (Operation Instruction, Autonomous Maintenance, 5S instruction, etc.).
  • Production KPI monitoring, daily deviation review and follow up OPLs.
  • Driven problem solving by coordination and alignment with project management, technical experts, international stake holders and external suppliers.
  • Implementation of production system by define with IE, create implementation plan and alignment with foreman.
  • Continious coordination and optimization of manufacturing resources across all production phases, with a focus on ramping up equipment
  • Support audit and customer release.
  • Participate in simultaneous engineering teams to ensure project status.
  • Production project management to deliver on production KPI like specification compliance, scrap rate, production efficiency etc. on time by defined budget.
  • Support production and rotating shifts (including weekends and holidays).
  
 
What you bring to the team

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of project management and familiar with new product introduction project.
  • 2+ years of project management experience is preferred.
  • Fluent English.
  • 4+ years in manufacture industry
  • Bachelor / master degree in automotive/engineering/project management major
