Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations.
How you will CELLebrate
- Coordination and overseing the installation, programming, coordination, and management of all physical security related systems and operations from the software and hardware side.
- Manage and supervise integrator(s) and engineering companies during the construction phase and ensure PowerCo Spains security standards.
- Act as the liaison between PowerCo Spain Security and PowerCo Spain IT and Facility Management for all technical related issues.
- Supervise and enforce preventive and corrective maintenance of all security systems, ensuring their optimal and up-to-date operation together with local Facility Management.
- Effectively communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all parties are well-informed and proper review and approval is received.
- Manage and oversee the work of subcontractors responsible for the ongoing maintenance of security systems, ensuring adherence to PowerCo's quality and safety standards.
- Ensure all technical systems are maintained with current software and firmware revisions, are routinely backed-up for data retrieval, and are routinely tested (by others) for emergency power transfer and continuing operations during power failure.
- Perform regular administrative tasks such as maintaining files, processing paperwork, entering data, and monitoring access control and CCTV systems.
- Support the Security Lead in all tasks related to physical security technology, including evaluating new technologies, implementing improvements, and training staff.
- Prepare detailed technical reports on the status and performance of security systems, as well as on any relevant incidents, providing clear and actionable data.
What you need for our CELLebration
- Degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields,
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in field of security management, security operations or security technology.
- Focus on physical security systems.
- Fluent in English.
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Availability to work in shifts
