The mission has started. We proudly announce that we are starting the ramp up of our own cell manufacturing in Valencia. In this, the finance department plays a key role. The unit takes care of all financial processes within the company. The responsibilities vary from preparation of product- and production sites decision to record and analyze all financial company transactions in SAP S4 Hana cloud.
How you will CELLebrate
- Accountability for a number of investment projects related with Industrial CapEx monitoring of investment project plans (milestones, investment targets, etc.)
- Reporting project progresses to the Operational PMO (ad-hoc) and Project PMO Lead (PMO Committees)
- Coordination of technical execution teams (operational department)
- Support on the design of project planning, activities and resources based on committed investments' roadmap
- Taking operative decisions with regards on investment projects' progress and identification of issues / decisions to be scalated to the PMO Committees and Project steering committee
- Providing support to the operational WS Leader regarding the combination of project management (status, critical decisions, main risks) and public grants implications
- Identify and manage critical dependencies with other investment projects
- Provide support to the WS Leader in the preparation of reporting documentation
- Coordination with Controlling PMO regarding budget follow-up
- Accountability for gathering required documentation in relation to AIDs justification
- Support in the preparation of technical, economic and justification memorandums
What you need for our CELLebration
- Bachelor in Business Administration, Economic Sciences, Law or comparable
- 3-5 years work experience in a similar position
- Detailed know-how of public AID schemes, requested Grants (assigned Projects) and Grants' regulation
- Technical know-how related to cell manufacturing process, availbale technologies and equipment
- Seniority to participate and report Project status to Project PMO Committee members
- Project Management skills and capabilities for leading investment projects
- English (B2) / Spanish (Mothertounge)
