The mission has started. We proudly announce that we are initiating the ramp-up of our own cell manufacturing in Valencia. As we move forward, the role of the Occupational Safety Expert is crucial for overseeing and enhancing our health and safety practices at PowerCo Spain. This position is instrumental in implementing sustainable concepts to improve health and safety with focusing on legal and safety requirements.
How you will CELLebrate
As an Occupational Safety Expert at PowerCo Spain, you will:
- Support and advice on planning, construction and operation of battery cell factory Spain.
- Develop and implement concepts to improve health and safety.
- Support in the standardization of occupational safety, management system, ergonomics and other relevant safety topics for the factory.
- Investigate and evaluate the cause of work accidents and propose prevention measures.
- Prepare training documents and implement training courses.
- Support in the coordination of contractors (CAE)
- Evaluation and communication of legal and other safety requirements and actively support their implementation.
- Conduct regular safety inspection/audits and close out corrective action in a timely manner.
- Update and maintain our current occupational risk assessments, preventive planning and health & safety plan, in accordance with the legislation.
What you need for our CELLebration
- A degree in Prevention and Safety or a university education that enables you to work as a Senior Technician in the Prevention of Labor Risk (PRL).
- Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in a similar position.
- Strong communication skills, capable of effectively liaising with regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders.
