Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations.

  
 
How you will CELLebrate
  • Coordinate the project management activities for the implementation, roll-out and ramp-up of the local logistics organization and processes. Reporting to the Head of Logistics, Support and contribute to the PowerCo logistics leadership team to achieve the objectives of the logistics rollout project at Valencia facility.
  • Logistics Rollout, Implementation, and Ramp-up Projects Coordination
  • Assist project managers in planning, executing, and closing projects. 
  • Coordinate project-related activities, ensuring smooth workflows.
  • Monitor project timelines and milestones.
  • Monitor project and cost center budgets, including forecasting for future years.
  • Coordinate risk management activities.
  • Coordinate product changes
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for project leads and the logistics leadership team.
  • Prepare and distribute documentation, including meeting minutes, agendas, and reports.
  •  Maintain project and departmental files and databases.
  • Facilitate communication among project team members, stakeholders, and executives.
  • Organize meetings, workshops, and reviews related to Logistics Area.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project and departmental goals.
  • Create, align, review, and update project status reports, presentations, risk registers, and decision sheets.
  •  Track action items, open points, and follow up on outstanding tasks.
  
 
What you need for our CELLebration
  • Master’s degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years working experience in project coordination, administration, or a similar role.
  • Working experience in logistics functions are considered an asset.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Oracle Primavera, Oracle Aconex, Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira).
  • German language skills are considered an asset.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
