The journey has begun. We are proud to launch the ramp up of our unique cell manufacturing plant in Valencia. As we do this, the roles and responsibilities within our Human Resources department are diverse and crucial. HR ensures the flawless planning and execution of processes encompassing the entire employee lifecycle. This allows our company to strategically harness the competencies of our employees in fulfilling our mission and vision. HR encompasses sub-disciplines such as planning, recruiting, onboarding & retention, and targeted allocation of personnel across all departments. By facilitating learning and professional development, with your support as L&D Senior Expert, our team will be fully equipped to excel in their roles, thereby driving our company's success in the innovative field of battery cell production.

 

How you will CELLebrate

  • Supporting the Director Learning, Development & Culture in all topics related to employee qualification, learning strategy and acting as substitue in case of absence (e.g. attending meetings, coordinating team tasks).
  • Being resposnbile for global learning concepts and qualification contents and related budget of 2 million €.
  • Deployment of the global PowerCo Learning strategy: lead and collaborate in the creation of a cohesive, forward-looking global learning strategy that aligns with PowerCo's business objectives and employee's development goals.
  • Development of a learning ecosystem in close cooperation with Digital Learning and HR IT: deployment of a comprehensive learning ecosystem that incorporates various platforms, tools and learning modalities.
  • Development of a standard qualification catalogue for commercial business areas and its implementation, associated coordination of international locations, testing and onboarding of learning providers.
  • Conducting needs assessments in collaboration with business leaders to ensure the qualification catalogue addresses both current and future skills gaps.
  • Development of qualification pathways for commerical business areas: create structured learning pathways that guide employees in commercial roles through a series of progressive qualifications.
  • Implementation of mandatory trainings including governance and processes: lead the global implementation of mandatory training programs, ensuring timely completion and adherence to corporate standards.
  • Continuous evolvement of (non-technical) onboarding path: regularly update and improve the non-technical onboarding program to provide a comprehensive, engaging introduction to the company’s culture, values, and business processes.
  • Steering cooperation with external stakeholders and potential partners: identify, engage, and manage relationships with external learning providers, industry experts, and academic institutions to enhance the quality and scope of learning programs.
     

 

 

What you need for our CELLebration

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in HR administration, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Fluency in English. Spanish and/or German is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Good IT understanding and experience with learning IT systems (e.g. SAP LMS, Degreed).
