Moreover, an integral part of our HR strategy includes the deployment of specialized Technical Trainers. These experts will play a pivotal role in fostering the necessary skills, knowledge, and competencies in our workforce, particularly in areas as pivotal as battery cell manufacturing, automation, robotics, quality management, and health and safety. By facilitating learning and professional development, our trainers ensure our team is fully equipped to excel in their roles, thereby driving our company's success in the innovative field of battery cell production.


How you will CELLebrate


We seek a Lean Manufacturing Technical Trainer, ideally a Black Belt certified, to join our Campus Training program in Valencia. This role will involve training and educating our internal staff and recruits about Lean principles and practices within our battery cell manufacturing operations. Significant content will be sourced from our headquarters in Germany. The role will involve adapting and aligning this content to fit our local context while facilitating collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Develop, implement, and deliver a comprehensive Lean training program aligned with our organization's objectives, learning needs, and business goals. This program should cover principles and practices within a battery cell manufacturing environment.
  • Craft educational content and learning resources for theoretical and practical training sessions, focusing on Lean principles, TPM, quality control cycle, ergonomics, Kanban, Poka Yoke, shopfloor management, and other pertinent aspects of our production and logistics processes.
  • Facilitate Lean training sessions in various formats (e.g., classroom, webinars, workshops), ensuring employees develop a comprehensive understanding of Lean concepts. They are capable of effectively applying them in their roles.
  • Continually evaluate the outcomes and effectiveness of the Lean training program and adjust as necessary to enhance learning, engagement, and the application of Lean principles in day-to-day operations.
  • Remain up-to-date with advancements in Lean methodologies and the battery cell manufacturing industry, integrating relevant updates into the training curriculum.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure that training materials align with industry standards, technological advancements, and regulatory compliance changes.
  • Manage and maintain training records in compliance with international industrial standards.
  • Identify training needs and establish specific qualification trajectories for distinct target audiences.



What you need for our CELLebration

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the battery cell manufacturing industry, with hands-on experience in Lean implementation and continuous improvement projects.
  • Proven experience as a technical trainer, focusing on Lean Manufacturing principles and practices.
  • Possesses extensive knowledge of key performance indicators and metrics used in manufacturing.
  • Deep understanding of Lean principles and tools and their application within logistics and production/quality systems.
  • Experience in the design and development of technical course content.
  • Proficiency in modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort with speaking to diverse groups.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with German as a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Lean Six Sigma software tools.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
