How you will CELLebrate

 

Join PowerCo Spain as our Invoicing and Payables Accountant Specialist, where you will play a critical role in the financial management of our cell manufacturing operations. Your expertise in handling financial transactions, particularly in invoicing and managing payables, will be essential in supporting the financial stability and efficiency of our operations. As a key member of the finance team, you will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial processes, maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity as PowerCo Spain advances in its ambitious cell manufacturing project.

  
 
What you need for our CELLebration

 

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the central point of contact between PowerCo Spain and Poland, facilitating clear and efficient communication and resolution of financial matters.
• Oversee and validate travel expenses and cash vouchers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies.
• Utilize the SAP SD system for efficient management and tracking of invoice status
• Examine invoices for accuracy, ensuring alignment with purchase orders and compliance with company policies.
• Manage the accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors and suppliers.
• Ensure accurate recording and timely collection of accounts receivable.
• Collaborate closely with finance and procurement departments to synchronize processes and optimize financial operations.
• Maintain detailed records and create monthly reports on invoicing activities, accounts receivable/payable, and other key financial metrics for management review.

  • Please submit your CV in English. 
  • At least 4 years of experience in finance, with a focus on general ledger and asset accounting.
  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
