As Incentive PMO Specialist, you will provide support to ensure effective implementation of the company incentives ´strategy as part of the company´s financial strategy. This will involve ensuring favorable justification for each of the presented applications

- Support in the implementation of the company incentives´ strategy and guaranteeing accountability of the conceded aids.

- Participate in the coordination of a close follow-up of the assigned subsidies and its related projects, working across different functions of the company with the objective of ensuring project execution and detecting potential deviations or risks.

- Follow up controls that ensure accountability of every stakeholder involved in the process and guarantees a favorable justification.

- Work closely with external companies involved in the incentive strategy and application process, such as technical teams and engineering support, auditors or consultants.

Essential knowledge and skills:

- Technical knowledge on public aids procedures available within the Spanish roadmap.

- Experience working and dialoguing with local government bodies and external stakeholders.

- Experience steering and controlling significant initiatives

- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously with exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to detect potential deviation and risks and communicating them.

- Proven stakeholder management skills.

- Experienced in Project Management.
