As the IT Data Center Infrastructure Expert at PowerCo, you will lead the charge in managing and optimizing our data center infrastructure. In this critical role, you'll oversee the technical backbone that supports our cell manufacturing operations in Valencia. Your expertise in server management, storage solutions, and data management will be pivotal in ensuring that our data center infrastructure is robust, reliable, and capable of meeting the evolving demands of the business. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the setup, maintenance, and optimization of server configurations within our data centers.
• Manage and ensure redundancy in storage solutions, guaranteeing data accessibility, effective backup, and archiving.
• Implement and maintain data management policies and protocols, safeguarding data integrity, availability, and security.
• Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to ensure the infrastructure adheres to industry standards and meets company requirements.
• Continuously monitor and analyze infrastructure performance, making necessary improvements for optimal functionality.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in on-premise and cloud technologies, including AWS and Azure, to ensure PowerCo leverages the best tools for peak performance.
A minimum of 7 years in data center management, server management, and storage solutions. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Alternatively, extensive professional experience in IT logistics may be considered.
