How you will CELLebrate
Job Purpose:
We are seeking an IT Building Automation & Energy Data Management Expert to oversee and manage the building automation and energy data management systems within our facility. This role is essential for ensuring the efficient operation and optimal environmental conditions of our building through advanced automation and energy management techniques.
What you need for our CELLebration
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage the Energy Data Management and Building Automation IT systems, ensuring effective and efficient operation in the plant. Participate and support in the roll-out of the systems, releases set-up, etc.
• Implement and maintain automation solutions to ensure optimal control of facility parameters.
• Analyze collected data to make informed decisions
• Maintain and troubleshoot systems to ensure uninterrupted operation.
• Identify opportunities for improving building automation and energy management processes.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in building automation technologies and implement best practices.
• Work closely with other teams and collaborate with external vendors and service providers to maintain and enhance systems functionality and performance.
What else can you bring
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in building automation and energy management from IT operations point of view.
• Solid IT background with experience in SCADA, HMI, and automation technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies and IIoT/OT/IT ecosystems and in integrating industrial communication protocols like OPC UA, Modbus, Profinet or MQTT.
• Desired knowledge in Zenon COPA DATA system design, development, and troubleshooting.
• Desired knowledge in one or more Facilities Management Systems: MEP, Automation, Fire protection, Clean & Dry room
• Technically leading complex projects throughout their complete lifecycle from requirements phase to handover and knowledge transfer.
• Experience of working within a large-scale organization, able to work as part of a team, excellent organizations and time keeping skills, strong written and verbal skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in Spanish and English.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in building automation and energy management.
