About the Role
|
This position is part of our Human Resources Department, which brings together teams from People & People Services, Talent, Organization, Compensation & Benefits, Culture, and Learning & Development. Together, they support every business area and help shape a workplace where people can grow, belong, and thrive.
In this team, you’ll help build a culture that’s not just creating batteries — but shaping the future of work.
In your day-to-day, you will:
- Digitalize daily reports and explore tools that enable data analysis.
- Support with CV screening and candidate screenings.
- Coordinate interview time.
- Assist in preparing and checking contracts.
- Coordinate participation in recruitment events.
- Provide organizational support for the Welcome Day.
- Support in the creation of merchandising designs and coordination with suppliers for production and delivery.
- Support with presentations and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
|
- You must be currently enrolled at UPV or UV, as we will sign a convenio with your university.
- Must be able to work in Sagunto (ownership of a personal vehicle).
- A long-term intern available from September for 6 to 9 months.
- Availability of 20-30 hours per week.
- Gross compensation: €6 per hour.
- Fixed monthly payment, based on a pre-agreed schedule.

What you bring to the Team
|
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (minimum B2).
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Please submit your CV in English.
