About the Role

This position is part of our Human Resources Department, which brings together teams from People & People Services, Talent, Organization, Compensation & Benefits, Culture, and Learning & Development. Together, they support every business area and help shape a workplace where people can grow, belong, and thrive.

In this team, you’ll help build a culture that’s not just creating batteries — but shaping the future of work.

In your day-to-day, you will:

  • Support the coordination of training programs, including soft skills courses, language trainings, and vocational education initiatives.
  • Assist in the logistics and scheduling of trainings: room bookings, calendar invites, attendee lists, etc.
  • Act as a point of contact with external training providers: follow-up on documentation, delivery dates, attendee tracking, and feedback collection.
  • Help with the administrative tracking of training sessions (attendance, completion status, certificates).
  • Collaborate in the preparation of presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders (e.g., Generalitat Valenciana, universities, business units).
  • Support the communication and promotion of training programs via emails, intranet, etc.
  • Participate in meetings or workshops with Operations and Academic Partners, taking notes and preparing summaries.
  
 
Key Responsibilities
  • You must be currently enrolled at UPV or UV, as we will sign a convenio with your university.
  • Must be able to work in Sagunto (ownership of a personal vehicle).
  • A long-term intern available from October for 6 to 9 months.
  • Availability of 20-30 hours per week.
  • Gross compensation: €6 per hour.
  • Fixed monthly payment, based on a pre-agreed schedule.
  
 
What you bring to the Team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (minimum B2).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Please submit your CV in English.
