HR Digitalization Specialist (all genders)

PowerCo Spain is at an exhilarating phase of its journey, ramping up cell manufacturing in Valencia. This period marks a significant transformation, requiring the standardization of HR processes and the inception of innovative health and canteen systems from the ground up.

The HR Digitalization Specialist is integral to enhancing PowerCo Spain’s HR capabilities through the implementation and optimization of HR IT systems, particularly SuccessFactors. With a commitment to digital excellence, this role drives the adoption and functional use of technology within HR processes.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the deployment of SuccessFactors, tailoring it to meet HR operational requirements.
• Engage in system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal functionality.
• Support project teams and partners for a seamless integration of HR IT systems.
• Deliver training and support for HR IT systems to ensure widespread user competency and acceptance.
• Stay abreast of HR IT product developments, offering insights and advice to internal stakeholders.
• Actively participate in cross-functional teams to maintain alignment with broader HR digital transformation goals.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in HR digitalization, with a focus on HR IT systems like SuccessFactors.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential.

• German language skills are a valuable asset.
• Experience in other HR IT modules or systems.
• Certifications in relevant HR IT platforms or project management.
