The mission has started. We proudly announce that we are initiating the ramp-up of our own cell manufacturing in Valencia. In this exhilarating phase, the HR Digital Learning Specialist role is crucial for enhancing PowerCo Spain's workforce capabilities through innovative digital training solutions. This position is central to implementing and managing the Learning Management System (LMS), curating and delivering impactful training programs, and ensuring our teams are equipped with the skills needed for both current and future challenges.

The HR Digital Learning Specialist is tasked with spearheading the digital transformation of learning and development within PowerCo Spain. By managing the Learning Management System (LMS), this role is crucial in identifying, coordinating, and evaluating training programs that align with organizational goals and employee development needs. Your responsabilities:

  • Participate in the implementation and ongoing management of the Learning Management System (LMS) for PowerCo Spain, ensuring its optimal functionality and accessibility.
  • Proactively research and identify potential training providers and partners, both internal and external, to enrich our training portfolio.
  • Maintain the LMS with up-to-date information, including employee data, training materials, modules, and assessments, ensuring content relevance and accuracy.
  • Provide first-level technical support for the LMS, addressing user queries and troubleshooting platform-related issues promptly.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination across various departments to align training objectives with organizational needs.
  • Conduct assessments regularly to identify both organizational and individual training needs, aligning learning initiatives with strategic goals.
  • Work collaboratively with teams across disciplines to comprehend specific learning objectives, tailoring training programs accordingly.
  • Organize and manage logistics for learning events such as onboarding days, workshops, and webinars, ensuring smooth execution and participant engagement.
  • Develop and implement feedback mechanisms to gather insights on training effectiveness, utilizing this data to drive continuous improvement in learning initiatives.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in digital learning, recommending innovative solutions to enhance learning experiences.
  • Participate in the creation and optimization of Learning and Development projects, contributing to the strategic development of our training capabilities.
  • Assist in the onboarding process by ensuring new hires have access to necessary training materials and resources within the LMS, facilitating a seamless integration into the organization.
 

Lo que necesitas para CELL-ebrar

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital learning or a related field, with at least 2 years in managing learning platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in English, with strong communication skills.

  • Experience with SuccessFactors LMS or similar platforms.
  • Advanced knowledge in digital learning trends and emerging technologies.
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing successful digital learning programs.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
