About the Role
|
This position is part of our Human Resources Department, which brings together teams from People & People Services, Talent, Organization, Compensation & Benefits, Culture, and Learning & Development. Together, they support every business area and help shape a workplace where people can grow, belong, and thrive.
In this team, you’ll help build a culture that’s not just creating batteries — but shaping the future of work.
In your day-to-day, you will:
- Develop and automate reports in Excel using macros and VBA.
- Create and maintain dashboards and KPIs in Power BI to support HR and operational reporting.
- Consolidate, clean, and validate data from different sources.
- Prepare executive presentations in PowerPoint for management and Board meetings.
- Support data analysis related to headcount, workforce planning, time management, and operational metrics.
- Assist in the digitalization and optimization of administrative processes using Microsoft 365 tools.
- Coordinate with different departments to collect information and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Generate recurring and ad-hoc reports to support decision-making processes.
- Provide general analytical and reporting support to the People & People Services team.

Key Responsibilities
|
- You must be currently enrolled at UPV or UV, as we will sign a convenio with your university.
- Currenly pursuing a degree in Engineering, Business Analytics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics or related fields.
- Must be able to work in Sagunto (ownership of a personal vehicle).
- A long-term intern available from September for 6 to 9 months.
- Availability of 20-30 hours per week.
- Gross compensation: €6 per hour.
- Fixed monthly payment, based on a pre-agreed schedule.

What you bring to the Team
|
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (minimum B2).
- Intermediate knowledge of Power BI.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft 365 tools.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work with large volumes of data.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
