How you will CELLebrate
  • Serve as the primary HR advisor for the business areas, providing expert guidance on all personnel-related issues.
  • Collaborate with department heads to plan workforce needs in accordance with the strategy of the Company and partner with the recruiting team to oversee the recruitment process.
  • Lead talent initiatives that generate real business value and foster personnel development, through robust processes of talent identification and high-potential employee programs.
  • Design and implement targeted HR measures and participate in organizational change processes.
  • Spearhead the introduction and refinement of HR processes, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and efficiency improvements.
  • Foster constructive relationships with internal interest groups and ensure adherence to HR standards and processes.
  • Manage and resolves complex employee related issues. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations according with Compliance guidelines.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships for building a better Company culture and values.
  • Increase productivity and retention through policies, processes and HR Strategies for sustainability and business continuity.
  • Ensure not to exceed personnel cost establishing strategies with business areas for HC monitoring and control.
  
 
What you need for our CELLebration
  • Degree in HR, Business Administration with focus on HR or a related field.
  • Experience in international environments.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • 5+ years of experience in similar roles.
