In this exhilarating phase, the HR Business Partner is pivotal in aligning HR strategies with business objectives at PowerCo Spain. This role involves acting as a key advisor on all HR matters, driving workforce planning, leading talent development initiatives, and ensuring HR process optimization to foster organizational growth and employee satisfaction.

For the HR Business Partner role at PowerCo Spain, the job purpose would involve acting as the primary liaison and advisor for HR-related matters within specified business areas, steering the strategic alignment of HR initiatives with business goals, and fostering a culture of growth, compliance, and operational excellence. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proactive approach to talent management, organizational development, and employee relations. Your responsabilities: 

  • Serve as the primary HR advisor, offering expert guidance on all personnel-related matters.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align workforce planning with company strategy and manage the recruitment process.
  • Lead talent development initiatives, identifying and nurturing high-potential employees.
  • Design and implement HR measures, actively participating in organizational change.
  • Drive the refinement of HR processes to align with corporate goals and enhance efficiency.
  • Build and maintain constructive relationships with internal groups, upholding HR standards and processes.
  • Address complex employee issues, conducting thorough investigations in compliance with guidelines.
  • Keep abreast of legal requirements to manage employees, ensuring regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Foster improved work relationships, contributing to a positive company culture and values.
  • Implement strategies to enhance productivity and retention, aligning with sustainability and business continuity plans.
  • Monitor personnel costs, coordinating with business areas for effective human capital management.
 

What you need for our CELLebration

  • Degree in HR, Business Administration with a focus on HR, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role, preferably in an international environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR practices, legal employment guidelines, and organizational psychology.
  • Proficiency in English, with strong communication skills.
 

What else can you bring

  • Additional certifications in HR management (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD).
  • Experience with HRIS, especially SuccessFactors.
  • Multilingual abilities, with fluency in Spanish or other languages relevant to the company's operations.
  • Proven track record in leading successful HR projects and change management initiatives.
