In this exhilarating phase, the HR Administration Specialist is a vital member of the HR team, offering multifaceted support to ensure the efficient and effective operation of HR processes. This role demands meticulous attention to detail, a deep understanding of HR systems, and a commitment to upholding HR standards and policies.

 

How you will CELLebrate

The HR Administration Specialist at PowerCo Spain is integral to enhancing our HR operational efficiency. This role ensures smooth HR processes, from recruitment to retention, through meticulous management of HR systems and policies. Central to this position is the support provided to HR Business Partners and employees, ensuring accurate data management, effective communication, and adherence to HR standards. The specialist will be key in integrating digital solutions and streamlining HR operations, positioning PowerCo Spain at the forefront of HR innovation and compliance. Your responsabilities: 

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support across various HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, training, and payroll.
  • Assist in preparing and administering employment documents, ensuring all employee data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Support the implementation and optimization of HR projects and initiatives in collaboration with HR experts and stakeholders.
  • Serve as a primary contact for employee inquiries, offering guidance and support on HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage the offboarding process, ensuring smooth transitions and proper communication with relevant departments.
  • Coordinate the issuance of training certificates for international training programs, aligning with operational and HR requirements.
  • Oversee visa application processes and manage employee benefit programs provided by external suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with labor agreements and maintain effective communication with workers' councils or unions.
 

What you need for our CELLebration

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in HR administration or a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in SuccessFactors or similar HRIS platforms.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
 

What else can you bring

  • Experience in coordinating international training programs and managing visa processes.
  • Familiarity with labor relations and collective bargaining agreements.
