How you will CELLebrate

The Global Mobility Expert is responsible for overseeing all global assignment activities, ensuring seamless inpatriate transitions for board members (C- Level), senior management (OMK) and management (MK) as well as all expatriations while ensuring total alignment with business goals. 

 

Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and execute expatriation and high level inpatriation processes, aligning these assignments with organizational objectives, workforce needs and global policy. 
2. Collaborate with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure efficient operations. 3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as HR, Finance, and Legal teams to align inpatriation processes with company policies, including salary structures, tax implications, and relocation packages for incoming FSE.
4. Oversee expatriate assignments by conducting follow up to contract negotiations, visa processes, tax compliance, insurance coordination, household relocations, salary adjustments, and financial administration to ensure a smooth transition for employees.
5. Provide inpatriate support by facilitating relocation assistance, onboarding, and executing local payments such as salaries, housing allowances, and flight budgets, to ensure a positive experience for inbound employees.
6. Ensure compliance with immigration laws, assess tax and social implications, identify and mitigate associated risks, and facilitate smooth cross-cultural integration, all while maintaining cost-effective solutions.
7. Maintain accurate records of all expatriate and inpatriate activities in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors) to ensure that data is up-to-date and compliant with legal requirements.
8. Monitor global assignment budgets by managing costs related to relocation, housing, and other employee benefits, to ensure efficient and accurate re-invoicing processes as needed.
9. Assess and adapt global assignment practices by regularly reviewing policies and processes to align with industry best practices and the Global Mobility Policy.
10. Leading international projects in diverse cultures like China or Germany.

  
 
What you need for our CELLebration
  • Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field or 5 years in a similar position.
  • Proficiency in English.
