Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations.

  
 
How you will CELLebrate

As Senior Expert Process Auditor you will report directly to the Head of Quality. In this role, your expertise will be essential to assess the production process including support processes of the Battery Cell production, from inbound to outbound. You will be responsible for Audit planning , organizing and execution. With your knowledge you are able to give recommendations for process Improvements to all internal stakeholders. You will collaborate with the manager of the quality management system to organize and prepare management system relevant audits like IATF 16949, ISO 9001; VDA 6.1; VDA 6.3. In this role you will be a part of the PowerCo Global Audit Network to implement best practice improvements.

  • Develop audit plans and schedules, taking into account the relevant processes and departments.
  • Conduct on-site process audits to verify effectiveness and compliance with defined process requirements.
  • Evaluate process performance and identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency and quality.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports with clear recommendations for improvements to internal stakeholders.
  • Training and sensitization of employees to the requirements and methods of the VDA 6.3 standard.
  • Support and preparing of the relevant management system Audits (e.g., IATF 16949, ISO 9001, VDA 6.1/ 6.3).
  • Participate in internal and external quality audits and continuous training to stay up-to-date with industry standards.
  
 
What you need for our CELLebration
  • Master’s degree in mechanical engineering or similar.
  • Qualified Process Auditor in VDA 6.3 or similar (IATF 16949, ISO 9000 ff). Technical Skills:
  • Minimum 5 years experience as process auditor and 3 years in battery cell production.
  • Knowledge of the relevant customer-specific requirements in Battery Cell Production.
  • Product and process specific knowledge in battery cell production.
  • Familiarity with analytical quality skills like Six Sigma, Ishikawa, FMEA
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Language: Fluent in English.
  •  MS Office.
