The mission has started. We proudly announce that we are starting the ramp up of our own cell manufacturing in Valencia. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. In this, the finance department plays a key role. The unit takes care of all financial processes within the company. The responsibilities vary from preparation of product- and production sites decision to record and analyze all financial company transactions in SAP S4 Hana cloud.
How you will CELLebrate
- Tasked with procuring services in the construction and structure field.
- Responsible for independently sourcing, negotiating, and finalizing individual orders and long-term contracts.
- Expected to present and discuss your procurement strategies and their outcomes in meetings with PowerCo sourcing committees.
- Will undertake the management and improvement of construction and structure contracts in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers in the construction and structure sector.
What you need for our CELLebration
- Possession of a university degree in fields such as economics, industrial engineering, or any relevant discipline.
- Prior professional experience (less than 3 years) in procurement and managing construction and structure contracts.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- A natural inclination towards numeracy and a focus on quantifiable outcomes.
- Exhibited strategic mindset and planning capabilities.
- A high degree of responsibility and accountability.
- Excellent organizational capabilities.
- Proficiency in utilizing MS Office software suite.
- Proficiency in English, both in written and spoken forms.
What else can you bring
- Familiarity with SAP and Volkswagen Purchasing Systems and proficiency in the German language.
