Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations

  
 
About the Role
  • Support the planning, coordination, and obtention of all construction and industrial installations permits, including legalizations and modifications.
  • Coordinate with external consultants (designers, dirección facultativa, technical inspections, etc.) to ensure accurate and timely documentation for permitting.
  • Act as point of contact for topics related to facility permitting, coordinating with internal stakeholders and functions.
  • Maintain direct contact with permitting authorities for technical clarifications and follow-up and represent the company.
  • Review and validate permit documentation before official submission.
  • Monitor the implementation of site measures and conditions defined in the granted permits.
  • Consolidate the impact of design or scope changes on the permitting strategy.
  • Support project planning and contribute to project management activities related to permitting. 
  
 
Key Responsibilities
  • University degree in engineering or architecture or similar.
  • 5+ years of experience in permitting processes for construction and/or industrial facilities in Spain.
  • Proven experience coordinating with external consultants, including designers, technical supervisors, and third-party reviewers.
  • Solid knowledge of Spanish construction regulations and permitting procedures (urbanismo, licencia de obra, legalizaciones industriales, etc.).
  •  Familiarity with fire protection, chemical storage, and other safety-related regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience in cross-functional environments, interacting with engineering, HSE, project management, and authorities.
  • Prior involvement in reviewing and preparing permitting documentation (technical projects, declarations, notifications…).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to act as interface with local authorities and internal stakeholders.
