The mission has started. We proudly announce that we are starting the ramp up of our own cell manufacturing in Valencia. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations.
How you will CELLebrate
- Implementation of Equipment Installation and Process Parameters (automation related) for new Products, based on Standard Plant, including adaptation of local parameters
- Programming, commissioning and maintaining of PLC and SCADA software applications for process control and monitoring in battery cell production
- Problem Solving in Automation Concept Design
- Troubleshooting and debugging PLC and SCADA software applications
- Developing and maintaining of technical documentation for PLC and SCADA software applications
- Design and implement interfaces with other auxiliary systems and MES
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process improvements and optimization opportunities
What you need for our CELLebration
- Only CVs in English will be accepted
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Successfully completed graduate degree in electrical engineering, automation engineering, a related field or comparable qualification
- More than 5 years of professional experience in PLC and or SCADA programming in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with HMI, PLC and SCADA software such as TIA Portal and TwinCat3
- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as OPC UA, Profinet, Modbus TCP
- Familiarity with PLC and SCADA system integration with MES
- Good Communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
