Who we are

You’ll be joining a diverse and ambitious team, spread across Germany, Canada, and Spain, all working together to shape the future of sustainable energy. At PowerCo we celebrate collaboration, progress and that spark that turns bold ideas into real impact. From our new gigafactory in Sagunto (Valencia), we’re driving a project that’s transforming both the region and the future of clean mobility in Europe — and you can be part of it.

Your role and key responsibilities

This position will be part of our Operations Department, the heart of PowerCo — where innovation becomes reality. This area brings together multiple teams working on the construction of our gigafactory and the different stages of battery cell production. From engineering and design to process optimization and production excellence, Operations is where the future of energy takes shape.

In your day-to-day, you will:

  • Define and maintain the PES framework, methods, tools, and standards, ensuring consistent implementation across sites.
  • Support local teams with training, coaching, and best practice sharing to build capability and drive continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate implementation planning, progress tracking, and KPI monitoring within the assigned area.
  • Act as the liaison between the Central PES Team and local implementation owners, ensuring alignment and communication.
  • Identify and escalate risks, challenges, and support needs, while contributing to audits and review routines.

What you bring to the team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in production system, automotive industry or similar.
  • Proven experience in process improvement, lean manufacturing, or operational excellence frameworks (e.g., PES, TPM, Six Sigma).
  • Please submit your CV in English.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts.

What makes you stand out
  • Strong project coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills across multiple sites or teams.
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies, KPI tracking, and audit processes.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages (e.g., Spanish or German) are a plus.
  • Comfortable working with digital tools for documentation, reporting, and training (e.g., MS Office, SharePoint, Power BI).
  • Possession of a disability certificate of 33% or more is valued. At PowerCo, we are deeply committed to diversity and inclusion — embracing neurodiversity, functional diversity, and all forms of individual difference. We believe diverse perspectives make us stronger and ensure everyone feels welcome, valued, and heard.

What to look forward to
  • Flexible working hours.

  • Competitive salary aligned with the Spanish Chemical Industry Collective Agreement.

  • 25 vacation days a year + extra PowerCo Days to truly disconnect.

  • Full health insurance coverage for you.

  • Gympass membership to keep your body and mind in top shape.

  • Monthly meal allowance through Cobee.

  • Permanent contract — join us for the long run.

  • Employee discounts, including special rates on vehicles from the Group.
